Last quarter of 2025 was busy. Which was a good thing. But it is nice to take a minute to share and introduce this residential addition project that I have been working on.

This residence ranch is just a simple 3 bed / 1 bath in a great area. Like many homes this size it can feel tight. So I am working on a concept to see what I can do to expand this space.

The primary goal was to avoid overbuilding the lot while expanding the house only where it was needed. To achieve that goal, the scope focuses on adding a sunroom, a primary suite, and a primary bath.

Below is the current concept and layout direction. There are a few challenges to work through, including roof integration, property drainage, and sunroom construction.
